ASSIGNMENT DESCRIPTION

We meet the client to discuss in detail the requirements and preconditions that apply to the specific position. In order that you, our client, are sure that we have understood everything correctly, we are careful to have follow-up and clear approval for all documentation concerning the position.

IDENTIFICATION

On the basis of the approved profile, we identify where the right candidates are located. This involves real detective work that requires patience, creativity and great understanding for the industry in question. Naturally, we are happy to preserve your anonymity as our client if you so require.

THE CANDIDATES

We find the best candidates by headhunting them directly from competing companies and also by creatively employing other means to open as many doors as possible. 80-150 interesting names are usually identified for each assignment.

IN-DEPTH INTERVIEWS

We identify, contact and interview the candidates and ensure that their expertise and interests match what you are looking for. The best candidates then proceed to in-depth interviews. We use structured interview methods and prepare a specific interview template for each new assignment.

PRESENTATION

On the basis of our analysis of the candidates, Human Search then makes a selection of the most suitable candidates and presents them to you both verbally and in writing. During the process we will have interviewed over 100 key individuals in your industry. We have also built up a substantial knowledge bank. We share this knowledge with you. We present the picture we have gained of the industry and your brand during the interviews.

PERSONAL MEETINGS

The hardest part of recruitment is now solved in just 20 days - finding and attracting the right candidates. It is then up to you to hold personal meetings with the selected candidates. We help you with this, of course, and provide support during this part of the process as well. If you wish, we are happy to obtain references for the final candidates.
